Mesotherapy for Facial Rejuvenation

Have you noticed that French women don’t get fat, and, they don’t seem to age, either? Their secret, perhaps? Facial mesotherapy, the lunchtime treatment in which complexion-brightening vitamins are injected four to six millimeters below the epidermis to improve skin’s texture and tone.  These vitamin cocktails are packed with legitimate antiaging ingredients to nourish the skin and promote cellular turnover and collagen.  “When you deposit vitamins directly into the skin with a needle, you’re giving the tissues exactly what they need, where they need it,” says Dr. Fernando who trained in London and Paris. Mesotherapy, a medical procedure developed in France by Dr. Michel Pistor was given formal recognition by the French Academy of Medicine in 1987.

Before Mesotherapy

"The Mesolift or Mesoglow is not an alternative to a surgical facelift but it can do amazing things to rejuvenate dry, tired and sun-damaged skin. Those factors that contribute to an "old, haggard" face deep with wrinkles are exactly what mesotherapy is effective against."
The Mesolift is a series of micro-injections that can revitalize the skin, remove fatty deposits from the neck area and tighten loose skin in the face and neck area. A natural looking and non-surgical facial rejuvenation.

Hours to Recovery Not Weeks.

Treatment takes less than an hour and a topical anesthetic is generally used for a painless procedure. You can be comfortable making dinner reservations out for the same evening. Side effects and complications are at an absolute minimal, and may include slight peeling and occasional bruising that can be easily covered with our Jane Iredale cosmetic line.
                                                                                  After 8 Treatments:

What Is In The Micro-Injections facial mesotherapy?

Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, anti-oxidants which promote cellular hydration which in turn begins the rejuvenation process of rebuilding collagen. Facial mesotherapy is NOT collagen injections, but the necessary ingredients our body's need to produce our own collagen which is a spontaneous process!

How many treatments, how often?

Each client is evaluated individually, The number of treatments needed is based on the individual case and the combined goals of the patient and practitioner.

Is Facial Mesotherapy Safe?

All medical procedures carry risks but in the hands of a trained, qualified health care professional it is very safe procedure.

Micro-Mesotherapy Skin Rejuvenation Treatment

Mesotherapy® - Combined MT-Roller® – Exclusive to Faces On Main

Faces On Main offers their exclusive  Mesotherapy® combined with MT-Roller treatment, it is more effective and safer than most other skin resurfacing treatment available. The secret lies in the combination.

Each treatment begins with the application of anesthetic to the area to ensure a painless and comfortable procedure.

Mesotherapy® uses a small injections to infuse hyaluronic acids, minerals and vitamins, Injectable tretinoin, DMAE and other growth factors into the skin. This application is followed by laying on the same solution over the skin, then the (Medical MT-Roller), is  rolled over the skin, to produce thousands of microscopic needle columns in the skin's dermis, which stimulate the blood supply to generate new collagen and build new skin cells. The MT-Roller further infuses the  hyaluronic acids, minerals and vitamins, Injectable tretinoin, DMAE and other growth factors into the skin. The skins appearance and treatment benefits will continue to improve in the weeks following each treatment as your skin forms new collagen and builds new skin cells.

Micro-Mesotherapy® improves the appearance of acne scars, ageing and sun damaged skin, facial and décolleté lines, wrinkles and stretch marks. It is great if you suffer from uneven skin pigmentation or loss of skin elasticity, live an outdoor life, or simply want to look your very best for a big event, weddings, red carpet, etc.

This unique combination, pioneered by Faces On Main, has a short downtime of between 0-3 days (no need to interrupt your social life, we can help you with our camouflage makeup!) It takes about 1  hour to complete and has no permanent side effects.

Micro-Mesotherapy® provides safe and significant results with only ONE session, however for optimum results a series of 3 or more sessions may be suggested. "This is the perfect alternative if you do not want treatment sessions with fractional or resurfacing lasers like Fraxel®, radio frequency such as Thermage® or TCA, Phenol and Blue Peels because of the resulting downtime, concerns over safety, side-effects and cost.

If you are concerned about small scars, aged or sun-damaged skin and or crepey, wrinkly skin, Micro-Mesotherapy® is a very effective and safe first-line treatment. Especially the very difficult to treat areas such as under the eyes, neck and décolleté can be treated easily and very successful. ALL SKIN TYPES AND COLOUR CAN BE TREATED EQUALLY SUCCESSFULL.

Why choose Micro-Mesotherapy®?

If your skin is aging, has been scarred by acne, excessively exposed to the sun or has succumbed to wrinkling , either through, aging, sun damage, hormonal changes or weight loss, then Micro-Mesotherapy® can offer significant improvements without the risk of further damage or the need for a long recovery period. Unlike deep skin peels and fractional or resurfacing lasers which are often unsuitable for darker or heavily pigmented skin tones and delicate skin types, Micro-Mesotherapy® is universally suited to a wide range of skins.

Physiology of skin rejuvenation

Skin rejuvenation treatments aim at stimulating the Fibroblasts to produce more collagen. The basic principle is skin injury. Skin injury releases signals called Growth Factors in the tissue which stimulate the Fibroblasts to produce more collagen. Topical Compounds can also stimulate Fibroblast activity. They can work very well, especially in combination with MT-Roller, or other skin injury when rapid healing is desired, such as for burns or large skin defects. Any injury that causes bleeding can stimulate collagen production. Bleeding is the main source of growth factors that stimulate the fibroblasts to produce more collagen. The most effective skin rejuvenation treatments are the ones that cause the most bleeding. The deeper the injury in form of burning (laser or chemical peels) or mechanical abrasion the “better” the cosmetic result. The skin injury causes a wound healing response.  Newly built skin collagen closes the tissue damage. This new skin is rich in collagen.
